COMMUNITY MAPPING WORKCAMP IN SIEM REAP
Community mapping workcamp is an activity promoted by Cambodian Youth Action (CYA) to let the volunteers better understand how the Cambodian people live in rural areas.
In this specific case, community mapping took place in south Siem Reap suburbs.
Here the volunteers have the chance to see with their own eyes the people’s activities, the business and true life.
After that, they are asked to do some proposes trying to improve their conditions.
In fact, the poorness is so widespread in the suburbs and the main purpose of CYA is to chance it and to give people another point of view about their way of life.
